I am Kapil. I have applied for Mail Today's Rs999 subscription on 18th jan 2009 and paid 999 Rs through credit card on the same day. The same amount deducted from my account on same day. I was told that I will get the subscription and gift voucher within 4 week. Now it is 3 month and still didn't get any response from mail today. I have called several times and all efforts gone wasted. I have sent all detail like subscription ID, complaint ID, Credit card statement but nobody resond.

Please let me know what i should do ?
