Misleading Advertisement, Product was not in good condition, not ready to replace, very rude and poor customer care executives
This compaint is with respect to the order number 7040195174 for the storage containers.
First, the advertisement was misleading, the containers shown were very big,new etc etc they turned out to be small, old.
The product delivered was very old, there were scratches on the boxes, some of the lids are not fitting the boxes properly.
I had registered so many compaints, i was given damn so many numbers to compaint to, was told to spend on courier, one of the customer care executive even said that " now they dont deliver in area vikaspuri, delhi".
I was also told that i can go to consumer court, media etc as well and do whatever i can.
The customer care executives are very very rude, they dont want to solve the problems.

Till date, i have neither got the replacement, nor i have got the refund.

I had to gift these boxes to my gandmother but they not in a position to be gifted.

Can someone please help me as to how to file a case against home shop 18 people? or how to get my refund , or the product replaced.
Please do not trust home shop 18 at all. They are real frauds.
