Dear Sir,
We are very upset on your service and product purchased from your BIG showroom with a BIG name in Dombivli East. We had purchased your product last year i.e on Apr, 2010 for power of 3 light and 3 fans with capacity to work for minimum of 5-6 hrs, within 8 months the battery started exausting very soon.
Firstly we fail to understrand dispite we being on customer side, ther is very very bad (infact no resonse) after sales service fromn your end. Are we (cutomer) suppose to call you or are you suppose to call us for the service updates?????? The operator is not at all helpful, after many reminders and fights our call was attended. The only propmteness from your team was shown when ta year was near to complete and they wanted us to pay you a cheque for AMC...Great they promptly called us as for when to collec the cheque and they also without any delay collecte the same, but as usual failed to provide us the last yearly serices which was pedning since long...
Secondly twice our battery has failed when realy in need of power. This time i.e the third time when again there was a power cut the invertor hardly worked for an hour or so... We suffered a lot as the MSEB were conducting some work and they had cut power from morning till late evening. I have small kid at home, inspite of purchasing an inveretor that too hardly a year old, we had to suffer. are you going to replay us???
This time when your technician attended the call he says that they shall report to EXIDE people as its a battery problem, after two day INDUS logs a complaint (stating that thier office was closed with 10 new reasons) so two days are gone on only complaining. On wednesday the Exide guy comes and again tells us that the problem in Indus invertor and not in a battery... So this games goes on till today... both the parties are playing the blaming game... and we .. common man... so called grahak are affected. Its now rmonsoon time and as usual our very dear MSEB will be playing thier part of power cuts very honestly ...
I m not writing this to you for as any complaint i m just warning you that we know all our grahak rights and can go forward and take action within no time as its high time now, and we have already lost a our patience. We are working class and do not have time to sort your product issue.. WE WANT SOLUTION ASAP...if you still cant, pls let us know and we will see to it that what we can do to put forward our complain on consumer court..
I have all the report and proofs with me to produce to the court.
This is my last request to...either give us a GOOD/ WORKING invertor replacement or give our money back...
Atleast reply to our complain on time..
