Actually he is not refusing but every time he is making an excuse and its happening for last one month.The mattress seems to be of local company. But at the time of purchase he told that very good and gave me guarantee of two years. But the product is in bad condition after two months. I told him to refund the money or replace it by the one of a good company and charging me the extra amount. I visited his shop thrice. Every time he told me that he will deliver it by the same or next evening. But that didnt happened till date. I called him at least 10-15 times and met the same result. Please help me sir. I have the bill. with me. I can mail you that also.

Do you want to file a case against the dealer ?

On Saturday I went to his shop and even told him that I can also go to consumer court but he didnt pay any heed. I certainly want to file a case sir.

Before filing case against any Manufacturer, Dealer, Services provider...You have to do some basic formalities, Just send a written notice to the dealer, ( for reference you can visit : Fridge - Consumer Court ) after sending the notice wait for at least 15-20 days, and if still he refused to change then we will go further.

Note: Keep the Delivery slip in safe.

We need some details that have you confirmed the delivery of the registered post ? Sometime the dealer refuse to accept the post, so confirm it first.
