Respected Consumer Court,

I, Husain Asad, placed an order (No.: 5802977) of few products (eg. Baby Pram, Rain suit + One 3 fold umbrella, Plastic bag sealer, Hand blender and Whirlpool Microwave) with Rediff shopping. I made the payment through my credit card (Axis Bank) of Rs. 6129/-. After approval of my payment, I received Plastic bag sealer, hand blender and microwave on time and good condition. After receiving these products I received baby pram which was damaged from several places. I put a complain against this and rediff shopping customer care told me that we will check then get back to you. After some day I receive another packet on which mention for rain suit + one 3 fold umbrella but when I opened the packet, I was surprised to see that there was only rain coat nothing else was there. Again I put a complaint for this and same reply I receive from customer care. After so many days, I received a call from Mr. Rajeev Sharma, (Pearl Technologies) vendor of baby pram and he said that send me the damaged parts photo and I will arrange you the parts. Immediately next day I sent the images of damaged parts but till now I didnt receive any mail nor any part from his side.
Same thing happened with another product (rain suit + one 3 fold umbrella). I did not receive any call or mail or information from rediff shopping or Ojjas Enterprises, vendor for rain suit + umbrella.
I cheated from the rediff shopping, I am not saying for any big thing but atleast I should receive my products as I placed order for.
Please help me out to solve this issue as soon as possible.
