Jaquar makes false claims of a 8 year warrenty

I had installed Jaquar fittings in 2 bathrooms in my house, in one of them the knob of Jet spray broke, first of all the quality of the knob was horrible it was made up of plastic and while buying I was told that I have a 8 year warrenty and nothing would happen to the fittings they are made of world class materials

And even if anything happens the company will replace it.

Now the knob has broken I lodged a complaint with the company on 26 Oct 2009 but still nothing has been done, I also wrote emails to the sales and support teams but got no answer

This is in addition to my previous post around 2 years back, I just let it go then but the product that I have got is absolutely hopeless and there is no response to calls that I try to make.
