Yesterday (27th January' 2010), I bought a Libra Mattress for INR 4100/- of Size 78"*35"*4" from U P Handloom & Khadi Bhandhar, B - 1/ 21, Sector - 18, Noida (UP) 201301. The shop owner actually miss guided me to buy Libra Mattress instead of buying any other branded mattress, though I asked him for Sleepwell mattress. Within 10 hours of buy/ deliver of the mattress, I called the shop owner to replace or refund it. But he really being very rude denied to do either refund of my money or replace the mattress. The product (mattress) made physical injury to me too. I had body aches & severe pain while slept on that mattress for just two (2 hours). I had rashes on all over my back too. I exactly want my money back from him now. Kindly, help me all to get rid of this problem and fraudulent. Please, help me. Please do. I'm helpless, show me a positive way out. Please........!!
