I would like to complain about your customer service, about your product, the way your customer service agents handles the calls.

I am very sorry to tell you that I am very very upset with the way you are dealing with your customers. I feel very sorry because I ordered a VOX Cam coder 8.0 MP in the month of May & it was not working. I sent it back & to sent the replacement it took a very long time for you people.

So I decided to cancel this product & buy another one from a near by store. I confirmed with your Customer service supervisor (DEEPALI) that cancellation can be done & full refund will be given. So i called on 30th of June & asked her to cancel the product & she said it will don't & by 7th July I should receive the REFUND. I again called back on the 7th & Someone by Name Gaurav told me that my product has been reshipped on 2nd July (which I still haven't received) & cancellation cant be done.

He also raised a request for REFUND & CANCELLATION & gave me a complaint number. He said I will receive a call back in next 24 to 48 hours which I haven't received. I again called your customer service today(9th July) & I spoke to VIVEK who kept repeating that the product cant be cancelled & i will receive the product by Monday. He utterly have no sense of customer service. Because he wanted to go home, he simply HUNG UP on me.
He disconnected the call. We like dogs wait on the line just to reach a CSR & people just hang up on us. This is ridiculous. Deepali promised me that the cancellation can be done, so i went ahead & bought another product. Now your CSRs are telling me cancellation is not possible.

Does this mean your floor supervisor's or your CSRs don't have proper product knowledge? CSRs say that I will get a call back with in 24 to 48 hours which I dont. Is this the way to handle customer's complaints & queries? I need a immediate reply to this email & a quick action as well.

I don't need this product & I need a refund.

i had ordered for a mobile set E-71 pro. The product sent to me was defective. After continous followup and after considerable delay times of india replaced the product. The replaced mobile set was also defective. I have thereafter continously called ur customer care. Despite several assurances the product is till date not replaced. I am traumatized with the entire experience...i have paid 4200/- for the mobile and all i have got are defective sub standard products.. i feel totally cheated by the professional group like times of india
