Complaint against More Megastore Bangalore On 13th December 2009 i have purchased a turbster homegym from More megastore for Rs:9,999.00. But instead of 9999 the megastore people has swiped a amount of Rs:19,999.00 from my credit card. When i objected for this and i didnt sign on the card slip, they promised me the amount will be refunded through check or directly to my credit card by 14th Dec 2009. But the same thing has not happened till 16th of December 2009. Also they suppose deliver my product by 15th but till now they have not delivered. When i contact them they are not answering to my quesries. Now i am worried about my 20000 rupees.. What should i do?? Please help.

Price mismatch in More, Mahadeva Pura, Bangalore I purchase Appy Fizz 300ml pet bottle from More MegaStore, Mahadeva Pura branch on 18/3/2012 bearing serail no :890257913102 of Cost Rs. 15/-. In the bill the same is recorded as Rs. 18/-. I tried to inform them over phone 080-67611600. They Said they don't have time to listen what i'm trying to say.
Please see the attachments for the bottle price & barcode and also entry in the cash bill.
