I had purchased few bottles of Bisleri 1 litre from a shop at Pune.

Me, my wife and my 9 months old son got ill after consuming the water. I noticed, that the only botlle which I had not opened till date has a big Mosquito floating in it.

I spoke to the vendor and complained him but he had shown his helplessness in matter as the Bottles sold were packed and one with Mosquito is still packed and guided me to speak to Bisleri team.

I called up one company's REGIONAL MANAGER's named Mr. Vilas Pisa (Designation as conveyed by him) and he promised to turn up at my residence with some seniors on 2nd November but didn't turned up. I again called him on 3rd and he agreed to visit with Seniors on 7th at 9.30 AM at my residence. Later Mr. Pisa along with Mr. Deepak Ranawire, designated as CHEMIST having mobile no 9011062452 visited at 11.30 AM.

They have inspected the botlle and have verified that the date of Manufacturing is July'09 has a Mosquito sealed in the bottle.

Mr Vilas had promised to meet again with some Seniors from Mumbai on 9th of November.

I had not recieved any call from him since than and now he is avoiding my calls.

In case if any one has id of Mr Ramesh Chauhan of Bisleri, than please pass me and also guide me on how to proceed legally and in MEDIA.

you have to file a complaint in the food adulteration departmetn of your city but before that write to the company and do not allow the seal to be opened by them till it is seen by the adulteration departement sir

I had purchase 20 lt of bisleri bottle from the society market..when i opened the bottle i found floating plastic particles in the glass of water..which may be bychance consumed by me.. how can i take any action against company,,
