Dear Sir

I have purchased a AMC from AQUA FAST SERVICE for my KENT RO water purifier. The AMC was purchsed on 17 jan 2009 for RS. 3250.

I kept calling to AQUA FAST SERVICE for the service of RO but no one came.

Then after two months I called there for cancellation of my AMC and refund of money.
They said that for cancellation I have to send them an application with copy of the Reciept.

I sent application for cancellation on 09 April 2009 at the address provided in receipt. I have copy of courier receipt also.

But they refused that they have not got any application letter.
Now nine months have passed and I have not got any response from there.
