My self Vipin Pawar. I have booked a wardrobe in HouseFull Chinchwad,Pune on 5th July 09 (Booking No:- 1008570974). As per booking details, I was suppose to get the Wardrobe on 20th Aug 09. I have waited for the delivery, but i was not received any communication from HouseFull store. After I enquired, i got know that they are have issues with the delivery due to non-availability of stocks.
I have received number of committment, but it was in-vane. Finally on 25th Aug 09, I have cancelled order & asked my money back. Even after that HouseFull has not returned my money back. As of today (i'e 24 Sept 09) the money is with them & nobody is responding to my request.
I am in complete darkness, I do not know, How to progress?. Finally decided to lauch the complain in consumer forum to get the justice.
