Dear Sir/Madam I Ajay Amoli have a Bajaj fan model Bajaj Victor VP 02, got faulty in running condition. I had lodged a complain regarding this on 24-05-2012, complain no. - 165905. The technician came on the next day, check and found motor was faulty. But till today the problem is not rectified. I already call to 40-50 times to OM Services C-393, sector-10 Noida(UP) 201301, phone no. 01204258690. But they said daily the technician come to me today, but no body come and they give unnecessary mentaly harassment to me. I want to that why the Bajaj penalise me to sleep in hot whether (48 -50 degree). Is this my fault that I buy the Bajaj Fan. I alredy talked to their Head Office but they did not do anything on it.
