HELLO,I AM SANDIP AGARWAL,D.J.MARKETING,.A ELECTRONICS DEALER IN GUWAHATI.
I HAD SELLED A SUKAM HA150C BATTERY ON 29-03-08,SL NO-857607.I GOT COMPLAIN ON IT AND I CONTACT SERVICE CENTER FOR THIS.THE SERVICEMAN CAME FROM GUWAHATI OFFICE AND EXAMINED THE BATTERY AND SAID THAT WE CANNOT REPAIR OR REPLACE IT AS BECAUSE IT WAS SELLED VERY LATELY BY THE DISTRIBUTOR{FROM WHOM I HAD PURCHASED}AND IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY PERIOD.
I HAD SHOWED HIM BILL WITH WARRANTY CARD OF DATED29-03-08,BUT HE REFUSE TO GIVE ME SERVICE.
MY COMPLAIN NO IS--08/0232,DATED 14-08-09 AND THE RECEIPT NO IS 29172.
NOW I HAD TO REPLACED BATTERY TO MY CUSTOMER,BECAUSE HE WAS VERY FAR FROM GUWAHATI TOWN AND I HAD TO SATISFY MY CUSTOMER.I HAD AGAIN REGISTERED COMPLAIN TO NOIDA OFFICE UNDER COMPLAIN NO-1008065658 AND SERVICE ID-1008099300,BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.I HAD GIVEN MAILS TO THEM A MANY TIMES BUT THEY CANT WAKE UP.
SO,HOW COULD I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM .THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM WHETHER THE LOCAL DISTRIBUTOR HAD SELLED THE BATTERY LATE.COMPANY HAS TO LOOK AFTER THE WARRANTY OF THEIR GOODS DURING THEIR WARRANTY PERIOD TO THE ORIGINAL BU

I have a major problem at my hand on two Su-kam batteries I purchased 2 years back. Both the batteries are gone bad now.
- The battery lasted exactly for warranty period.
- It had given me signal for less backup almost 4 months back but I ignored thinking any charging problem.
- Now it totally stopped working perfectly aligning the warranty period of two years. And amazingly both the batteries are gone.
- My neighbor and friend had the same battery issues with su-kam.
- It obviously indicates su-kam sms batteries are faulty and once sold su-kam is leaving it to customers fate.
- When I purchased the batteries I was promised that it will last at least for 3 years.
- If I would have known that it will last only for warranty period then definitely I would not have bought su-kam sms batteries.
I have complained about this issue exactly one month back but nothing has been done so far.

Dear Customer,
Our customer service team has already got in touch with you. As you are aware all Sukam products come with a warranty and the warranty on the said batteries has expired in Sept 2009. The complaint has been lodged by you in 2010. Hence the product is no longer under the company's stipulated warranty period.

First of all my name is abir bhattacharjee & my complain is for Sukam Inverter only, not the battery - I had purchased 1 & 1/2 year back from a shop at Maligaon, Guwahati, india, ok. And I would like to state that after purchasing the Inverter - I have not received any service rather no feedback from Inverter Co. & with deep regret I would like to state that a few days back the Inverter has got damaged, I mean to say that it is not charging right now, & hence I am totally upset. So, there is a urgent request from my side, plz give me solution/rectify my Inverter at the earliest.

I had purchased Su-kam battery model SPB165SMF having Sr.No. FSMHH01419 from Mr. Vikas Jain (Cell no.09312567902) prop M/s. Power Planet FK/50 Shastri Nagar Delhi 110052 on 09/09/2010 vide invoice no. 986 and paid Rs.10200/- for the same and battery is installed at panipat.
It is stated that Mr. Vikas Jain did not issued any Warranty Card and also not mentioned Sr. No. and warranty of the battery on the invoice. Now, the battery exhausted fully in the month of August 2011 whereas Mr. Vikas Jain assured for warranty of 15 months from the date of purchase i.e 09/09/2010.
Due to loss of battery backup problem I had lodged complaint in customer care and received complaint no. 1210743746 dated 14/10/2011. Customer care executive advised me to contact nearby service centre in Karnal(Haryana) regarding complaint lodge.
On dated 18/10/2011 Mr. Ravinder kumar Service Engineer from Karnal Service Centre attended complaint and he mentioned in FSR no. 36628 dated 18/10/2011 that backup of battery is only 10 minutes on 400 Watt load.
Further he stated that battery which was sold by Mr. Vikas Jain to me was out of warranty because the Manufaturing date of battery was August 2008. The warranty of the battery was expired at the time of purchase i.e 09/09/2010.

It is the case which I mention in detail as someone cheated to an innocent customer on the behalf of company goodwil.
you are therefore requested to look into the matter and help me to replace my battery free of cost as earliest as possible.
