    Default Complaint against Eureka Forbes

    Honorable Sir/Madam,

    My Cousin Mr.Murtaza Ali purchased Eureka Forbe's water filter on 05/09/2005, the contract was renewed on 18/04/2008 and is valid till 17/04/2010, during the contract renewal we were told that a service personal from Eureka would be attending home every six months to check the functionality of Water Filter. We have already paid the charges for the service i.e. Rupees 2700/- that is valid for providing the service till 2010. However we have been facing problems with water filter from past 2 months and the service professional was suppose to attend home to check the functionality of the water filter. We have brought this issue with the Eureka Forbes and we've complained about this various times but till date have not got any response from them. Here are few complaint numbers: 2441, 7702.

    Its been 2 months that we've had this problem and because of the unprofessional behavior of Eureka Forbes we are facing a lot of problems. We have kids in our home, who fall sick drinking uncleaned water just because we are waiting for a professional from Eureka Forbes to come and solve this problem. Whenever we complaint about this, all we get from Eureka Forbes is a new complaint number and a new date when the professional would be sent to home but its been a 50 days now.     Default Eureka Forbes Water Purifier

    Hi,

    This is again regarding very very poor service of Eureka Forbes. I had bought a Eureka Forbes Crystal Water Purifier in January 2008, for which they had assured a free service within warranty period.

    Now I am trying to contact them for service since last 1 and 1/2 months but surprisingly they are just giving me complaint numbers.First time I contacted them 19/1/2009 when they gave me the complaint number 80910584 and told the someone will visit us within 2 days. Inspite of repeadted calls, no one visited and suddenly on 2nd Feb 2009 they told that their system is upgraded and gave me a new complaint number Z593.

    Its been almost 40 days now and there is the same shameless reply given to me everytime that someone will visit within 2 days.

    Just for a change they give you the number of their service provider (some Yogita/Rakhi - 26870215), but calling them too is of no avail.

    Now what should I do, should I go forward or close the matter here.

    Honorable Sir/Madam,

    This is regarding the poor service of Eureka Forbes.

    I bought a Eureka Forbes Crystal Water Purifier in March 2008, for which
    Eureka Forbes has to do service after 1st 6 months.

    I am trying to contact them for service since last 1 year, but they are just
    giving complaint numbers. Inspite of repeadted calls, no one visited.

    It has been almost one and half year but till date there is no response from
    them.

    Even after spending so much money on water filter, there is no use and we
    are forced to boil drinking water again spending a lot.



    *We are regretting for buying Eureka Forbes product and recommend for
    everybody not to buy any products from them.

    Dear Mr. Sridhar
    You are not alone, there are more than 15500 complaints on inter net about Eureka Forbes cheating. They collect full advance money and evade service. Eureka Forbes have collected crores of Rupees by such fraudulant practices
    If your water purifier is within warranty and/or you have entered in to an annual maintenance contract then IMMEDIATELY approach the Consumer Forum in your area. Please keep all the papers in tact. Consumer forum is a Government Body with semi judicial powers. The phone calls will not be accepted in the court as an evidence. Send a Regd. Ack. Due letter. Eureka Forbes will totally ignore your letters or phone calls till warranty or contract period is over. So act immediately because after this ignoring act they are legally free to evade any action. The Consumer Forum will impose penalty on Eureka Forbes for cheating and deficiency of service. Eureka Forbes will engage lawyers and do maximum to evade. The Consumer Forum has powers to issue arrest warrants if penalty is not paid. Please claim full refund of costs of machine, the amount paid for annual maint. contract, damages to your health and family’s health, especially if you have senior citizens in you household, also please claim 18% interest on the total claim amount.
    Please tell your friends, relatives, neighbours to take similar action
    Against Eureka Forbes.

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased a RO system from Pune sales person Mr. Amit Banker, SAP code
    No.9890942491 on 17 June 2009. Despite pursuing with your Sales person and Pune
    office for last three months, I could not get receipt of the product and warranty
    card. It is also to report that one liquid to purify water - sodium sulphate is
    supplied with machine which has not been supplied at the time of installation on
    repeated request till now.

    I really sorry to bring it to your notice that such reputed company working like a
    government offices. I request to please help me out.

    I, Vijai Pal, am a resident of Gwalior, M.P., India. I purchased Aquaguard NF system on 18th April, 2008.My curtomer ID is 1004616295. I contaced local service centre for replacement of cartridges of the system. The service person arrived with all the cartridges properly sealed except the NF membrane cartridge. When i asked about it I was told that the NF membrane is not available in a sealed packing with Eureka Forbes. I wanted to know the real situation, so i wrote a mail to eureka forbes regarding this matter. I did not get any reply from Eureka forbes even after a reminder. If NF membrane is not available in a sealed packing, why is it so? How can I trust an unpacked membrane? If i don't get any reply for my query from Eureka forbes i shall feel being cheated by them. Why Eureka forbes is not supplying brand new sealed/packed/packaged NF membranes?

    Default Aquaguard inova amc fraud

    I am having an AMC with Eureka Forbes for my INOVA water filter valid upto 2011.
    This time when I called the amc holder for servicing my INOVA, the technician visited
    the premises in my absence and without trying anything, declared the external motor used for drawing water from a pot, to be faulty. Actually the motor is running and there seemed
    to be an air lock problem. Instead of attending the same, he simply advised to replace the motor or purchase an R.O. system from Eureka. When I returned, I myself filled the tube with water manually till the air lock released, and got the fualt cleared in my trial and error method. These type of attitude by the franchisees of Eureka Forbes happen every
    where, I wonder, how to come out of the clutches of the deliberate cheaters

    Thumbs down Horrible after sales service

    This is regarding the horrible after sales service of Eureka Forbes. I have bought a Reviva back in 2006 . At that point of time the Sales guys were after me like a leech. Now when I call up the service center for servicing , I am facing the worst service that I have ever faced. First of all I have to make a minimum of 10-12 calls for a visit. Once they visit, I have to handle the ill equipped technician. These technicians doesn't know anything. Just for changing my filters and candles, they had come down to my place 4 times, and still its not fixed. And everytime I have to call them up and let them know that my unit is not working, please come and have a look. But even then I have to hear all the crap of "call me within duty hours", "can't come down now.." etc.

    Can EF tell me whats my fault? Buying a unit from them is my fault or asking for sales support is my fault? Do I have to plead before them to send someone who is a true technician? Do I even have the right of asking for that?:&

    Default Complaint against Eureka Forbes for not providing service.

    We have purchased Auqua Guard from Sangli branch of Eureka forbes. At the time of purchase they had promised 4 services in a year. But they are not at all providing any service. When ever we call them, either they dont receive the call or make promise to come on the next day but dont come.

    Dear All,

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

    Eureka Forbes has been seen to be providing increasingly abysmal customer service. The company is also completely apathetic towards customer experience. Too many customers have suffered and it is time the company righted itself. We are initiating action to make this company aware of its responsibilities.     hello sir.
    i am jaspal kumar dhunna from ludhiana a unsatisfied buyer of water fiter compact model no 31403 purchased on 27/07/2000. from EUREKA FORBES LIMITED & after that continues AMC from KAMAL EURO SERVICE.(after sales service provider) without any difficulty.

    Since last some time I wasn't satisfied with water purity. when complaint to kamal euro service . after some days representative comes & tells that candle & carbon needs to change. when asked to do that. he says...first of all you have to renew your AMC next month. subsribe for that then we will do that & as per company's AMC terms we will provide only 2 candles & carbon change per year. not more then that.

    it means company is looking for their own profit safeside. doesn't matter that customer is satisfied or not.

    please guide me about my rights & what action is required against this complaint.
