order no 111795156. received multimedia dual sim mobile phone of sigmatel on 22/08/09.the product was tested for a week.it is not receiving calls and no out going calls can be made.hence i want to return the mobile ,so i called up the shopping indiatimes no 09910118888. which had given the greviences cell no .inspite of repeated dialling the number was not answering. and consatantly repeated "you are our valued customer ,please stay on the line"only spent 5 ,10 rupees for that without any use. i request you find the solution for the problem and help me get my money back.
