    Question Aqua sure charged for adapter in warranty period

    I use aquasure( RO nano) water filter, adapter of the filter stop'd working(as service person said) , filter is in warranty period but the service guy charged INR 400 for adapter, when we called the service center they also told us to pay the amount the service guy didn't gave the bill for the amount we paid, they say that they give 12 months warranty and they charge for the faulty device. why they assure of warrnaty and they don't follow the same.
