I’ve Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Reviva RO Water purifier installed at my home . Last month ( 07-FEB-2012) it developed some fissure break and water getting leaked through this. I placed a service request ( in fact no of requests) and the service technician on inspection told that the water tank needs to be replaced.

Since then ( 07-FEB-2012) I’m going through this horrible customer experience for a month’s time and I don’t see any resolution in sight.
I called/escalated more than dozen times to service desk/local Bangalore service managers only to get assured that it will be done in 2 days. But the problem isn’t resolved so far.

I cannot be on this wait mode of hopeless crappy customer service indefinitely . Request you to see what best can be done to resolve this through.


PS : Plz dont offer me any standard replies that u need address..etc to get this done. It's all there on the customer records.
I'm also planning to organize a online compaign ( FB & Twitter) aganist these horrible customer service performance of Eureka Forbes .
