    Default koryo electric rice cooker, model no : KEC 1823

    The Koryo product is not working nymore right after 3 days from the purchase date.

    I have bought a koryo electronic rice cooker recently with model no : KEC 1823 and se.no APKEC18B11HO123 on 31/1/12 at a big bazaar, a division of pantaloon retail ltd. T.C38/1650 malabar castle, M.G road, Panhavangadi, trivandrum, kerala - 695036.
    After returning to my home town Hyderabad it was not working anymore. In regard to this when i went to make a complaint at customer care Big Bazaar, Ameerpet, hyderabad, on 7 th feb, they were n't any interested in my complaint and said they were handling no more complaints of Koryo products and told us to make a complaint to customer care email id of big bazaar. Please someone help me in this regard

    I bought koryo product (koryo electric rice cooker model no kec 1823) at Big Baazar, Koti, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

    I am fed up with this product, since it got repaired on the first day I got it. I just tried to use it, but it went out. Since Big bazaar authorities said two years warranty for this product, we went for replacement of this product, but the service desk people in Big Bazaar don't know what is the meaning of warranty and gaurantee. They didnt give us replacement, and went on arguing. It ll be good that to look after this, so that no other consumers gets affected with the same problem.

    Default Problem with Koryo GAS HOB

    I Purchased o Koryo Hob an year back...It has hell lot of problems i got it replaced with new one. The new one also started giving problem such as leakages and high fumes. Since this is something to do with safety i raised a complaint with Koryo customer care. It is four weeks till now and i didnt hear from them. I ended up making number of calls till date. I am really fed up with this inferior and tainted Koryo product and planning to got consumer court. I am also not interested in getting the replacement and want my money back since i am not ready to put our lives at stake by using this Koryo product.

    I bought this from Hometown..Hyderabad.

    Post koryo electric cooker is not working i want bangalore service centre address and phone nos.

    since i have brought this rice cooker in the month of june 2012 i hve not used even for a single the rice cooker when is is on b y putting rice in it both the cook and warm lights on and the rice will not be cooked even after half and hour and i is not usefull till date in any emergencies i am not able to use it
