I purchased Birla Classic food Proceessor on the basis of TV show which warranties the product for 3yrs. In fact on receiving the product the manufactures has warranted the product for 1yrs. On contacting Star CJ, they told that in case of a claim I should carry the invoice and warranty shall be valid as claimed on the show. To recheck I contacted the manufacturer who flatly denied and accepted the warranty as per their printed policy for one yr. This was again brought to the notice of Star CJ, who again insisted on their original version.
This is a bait to fool the customer .

we got item code no. 116716, 116718 & 117487 but we did not get the item no. 116717 then immediate we contact to Starcjalive & registered a complaint
, complaint no. 20120705028462 & they assured to me within 3 days Starcjalive will be solve this problem, we have already contacted 6 to 8 times with starcjalive every time they gives a new assurance i think they are not serious. pls do the needful action on it ASAS.

I had placed an order on 29-July-2012 with Star CJ Alive for a Bajaj Cooler. As per their SLA, they had to deliver the product within 2-4 working days. On 01-August-2012, the customer care said that the part will be delivered on 02-August-2012. On 02-August-2012, I got a call from customer care stating that the part will be delivered on 03-August-2012. On 03-August-2012, I was informed that the stock for the particular product is damaged and they cannot deliver the part after speaking to them for 5 hours. Every time the customer care has been lieing.

i have ordered a product on 18/4/2012...invioce no. 201204211264 invoice date 21/4/2012 for items 1.Sia Arya (code 105294); 2.Sia Arya2 (code 113938) amount Rs 3250..which they delivered on 24/4/2012. but we received only sia arya2. we have complained many times(almost 30-35 times) in these 3-4 months. WE HAVE MADE CALLS ALMOST 30-35 TIMES AROUND Rs 500 but they didnt do anything till now. i think they are not serious about our complaint.Every time they told us to solve the problem within 2 OR 3 DAYS, but not solved yet. please help us as soon as posible. I was told I could return the product within
7 days. I called them up on the 1st aug. They registered
My complaint. Then I got a call saying that I could not return
The Product as per the terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions were not told
To me while taking my order over the phone.

They said they would hear my call and revert.

After this I called on 4th and on 6th aug.
I was to get a call within an hour.

I have not received any call , only SMS saying

SIR, I HAVE BEEN VERY BADLY CHEATED BY STAR CJ . I HAD BOOKED NATURE,S ESSENCE PRODUCT(10 lipsticks) FOR Rs.1250/-. I received it on 30.6.12 .THE LIPSTICKS WERE ALL BROKEN.WITHIN 20 MIN I CALLED UP STARCJ & INFORMED THEM ABOUT IT.AFTER A LOT OF ARGUEMENT THEY AGREED TO MAKE THE REFUND. ON 05.07.12 THEY TOOK THE PRODUCT BACK. IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 2 MONTHS SINCE THEY TOOK THE PRODUCT BACK, BUT TILL DATE (30.8.12) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND. I HAVE MADE REPEATED CALLS TO STARCJ OFFICE (PHONE-01144074407) BUT THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED AT ALL. PLEASE TAKE STERN ACTION AGAINST THEM. & ASK THEM MAKE THE REFUND WITH PENALITY.........THANX A LOT.......

I had placed an order of Anksh Piyali Pack of 5 kurtas and got it, but it was only 4 kurtas and with repitition, means I got set of two Kurtas with different sizes "M' & "L". I had ordered only for size "L". In the bill which I received also was showing the details correctly but when I opened the back was very dissapointed. Hi

I had ordered a Combo – Food Chopper, Griller and a Kettle on 1st November 2012. The product was delivered to me but to my surprise the Food shopper did not have a blade and the griller was broken. I immediately logged a complain and I was promised that the product will be replaced.

It is 28th November 2012 and the product has not been replaced.

I kept calling the Customer support and they always said it will be done in 3 days or 5 or 7 days.

I feel the company StarCJ is just cheating the public on National television and request to please take a strict action against this.

I see in google that lot of people have been cheated by this company.

when i received the same i found that it was broken and mixi not working. the same minute i called Customer care and lodged my complain that i do not want that mixi and refund my money of 3000/-...

till time they are not responding and saying that they cannot refund the money...

I ordered set of 5 weaves bedsheets, Contrary to their claim, the colour bleeds and when I contacted Star CJ they directed me to Weave, and they said as you have washed sheets they cannot replace it, or return the price. How one can check colour bleeding without washing. They are making buyer fools to mint money and selling substandar material

My Grandpa just ordered a Karbonn A3 from Star Cj and i got that it stopped working after a little use Now we are trying to get a little help from them regarding our product but the customer care service of theirs have been giving numbers of people who keep giving others numbers which are not responding
