I would like to register my complaint against the TVC sky shop where I did the
shopping using my credit card .

I purchased the product (Merlyn Mixer/Grinder/Juicer) order ID : oc2278837 using
mobile no (9850827417) on 07th November and till now I have not got any product .

I have been keep on calling to their custom care and every time customer care says
that product will be delivered in 48 Hrs.

I have called them 6-7 time after my purchase and still I am not able to get the
product in my hand .

It would be great if consumer care can help us to get the delivery of my product .

This is regarding TVC SKYSHOP which sells various products.


I fell in trap of TVC SKYSHOP, while watching Television. As they run their ads I ordered slender shaper on 27th feb'2010. I have made the payment online on the web site and my order No is oc2331492.

I have been calling the help desk on this no -1-860-233-5786 since last 10 days. And yet I have not received the product. I am frustrated and seeking help and wish to take a legislative steps against them. Kindly help me on this.

I have purchased a slender slimmer form TVC skyshop vide order comfirmation no.2352485. this was delivered on 16.4.2010, this order was to come with three gifts, but I regret that I have not recd. the Nica-dicer , I have been making several calls but only to be advised the you shall dispatch the same by Saturday i.e.17th and 24th April and today 1st May. I have now been promised that the same will be sent by 8th May. Pl. revert to me the exact date this item will be delivered since this was intended to be gifted to someone. Pl. reply

i am planning to buy splendor shaper from tvc . but after watching all negative response on net. i decided not to buy. i believe there management is not taking of company's good-will. i believe for the reputation of company director should take care of staff and customer care.

then only tvc sky-shop can grow in market. there-wise only giving advertisement on tv is not sufficient.
TVC CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT GOOD.

I dont support this complaint, 3 Month before I had purchased a Slender Shaper from TVC SKY SHOP i was very worried about my body before the purchase of Slender Shaper my all friend use to laugh at my tummy i feel very neglacted they
dont use to take me any where along with them but 1 day one of my friend told me about SLANDER SHAPER so i directly called up and booked an order for Slender Shaper. I was surprised to see the delivery of product before time. I satrted using that, Before my weight was 87 kgs and after using Slender Shaper i lost 17kgs in 3month and made my body fit/ tone and slim i am so happy after using this product i thanks to TVC SKY SHOP who introduce such a beautiful product which is worth then any thing

I had purchased the merlin 123 on 17th July 2010. I had done the payment by credit card. Its been more than a week but I have still not received it. After i called the callcenter , I was informed that the shipment was done on 25th Aug 2010. And they provided me the consignment no.
When i tried to track my consignment , it turnend out to be a different one that was dipactched on 6th Jul 2010.
I am very much dissatisfied with TVC skyshop.

I ordered Shree yantra on 27/10/10 and got sms on 29/10/10 that the product had been dispatched. But even after 6 days its not delivered. Called so many times customer care, but no response. In their sms they said, they despatch product thru Alsecure & Protection Services (I), but on searching websites, it says that company dont deal in Couriers. THIS ALL IS A FRAUD. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD SELLER.

I have booked one splender on 14 dec order no oc 2487250. And paid whole amount by credit card,
but till now, they have not send,after many request. They promissed to deliver eith in 7 days , and now , its more then 43day passed.

I ordered Slicer Dicer from their website by making a credit card payment of Rs.790 on 23 January 2011 and called them on 27 January 2011 then they said that we are out of stock so we will dispatch your product probably on 31 January 2011 but i recieved the product on 01 Feburary 2011 with order date of 22 october 2010 and dispatched date of 27 January 2011 and thatt to in Damaged Condition. Both jars were broken and Lids, Recipe book were not present in the box. After calling the customer care within 10 minutes of recieving the product on number 1860-233-5786 the executive said that I might have Broken it after arguing with him he gave me the return address of their Mira Road office but i am scared to send the product back to them from Shimla to Mumbai on my cost as after reading all the reviews i might not get the product back.

I am really Dissatisfied with this Company.

I reccomend everyone not to buy any Product from them as this Company is totally Fraud.
