    Default Very Poor ASS for Luminous battery

    I bought luminous inverter and battery with 30 months of warranty on 21st July 2008. There was some problem with batter even before 12 months. At the time of purchase, i was told that if battery is having some problem within one year, battery will be replaced. I logged coumplaints in Luminous and one executive visited after around one week. He said that battery is ok but I told him that I am not getting proper backup, getting only one hour with a one fan a tube light. He was not at all ready to listen me. I again logged complaint on 12th July 2009 in Luminous and executive visited after one week time. Same story this time as well but this time I forced him to carray this battery for a health checkup. Executive told me that someone will come in next 2-3 days to pick this battery and will provide a stand by option. No body came to pick battery for one week. After around 8-9 days one person came and picked the battery. He provided a stand by option which was giving only 10 minutes of backup. I called Mr. Bakshi in Ghaziabad as executive told me that Mr. Bakshi is incharge of my area. I kept calling 4-5 times in a day to Mr. Bakshi but there was no fruitfull result. Every time Mr. Bakshi said the boy is coming in 2 hours and so. Me and my family including one year old son, faced very hot nights even without a fan. Me and my family was crying but nobody was providing a battery with good backup. After around 15 days I got a battery with ok backup as standby.

    I received a replacement for my original battery on 11th August 2009. Executive told me that its a new battery but this is not packed one. And physical fitness does not show that its new battery. This battery is haivng only 5 minutes of backup. I am again calling Mr. Bakshi 3-4 times in a day and he is still having same words, someone will visit in 2-3 hours, while there is nobody.

    Default Battery is Not Working Properly

    My Name is Rehan Khan and i've purchase a Luminous IL1800 battelry fromBALAJI ELECTRICALS & COMMUNICATIONS, Rampur (UP) at 25/04/2010 (S.No. 374222), which was not working. Then i've contact your Dealer M/s Balaji Electricals & Communications. Then the Change the old Battery from New.
    Thg Matter is tha the new Battery is not working properly and we are suffering from many problems fromypr dealer side. such as : when i visited the shop in Tuesday 20 Apr. 2010 then the Shop was closed. then i tried on the mobile which is printed on the bill (09759420200) and Lndline No. 0595-2352282. but there was no responce. now the warrany of battery is going to expire within few days and your dealer M/s Balaji Electricals & Communication is not vailable in Rmpur.
    So Please Change my Battary as soon as possible within warranty so that i've no need to take any legal action.

    Default Battery not working properly

    Dear Sir,

    I bought two new luminous Toubular batteries from M/s OMER ELECTRONICS (Kanpur) on 25/5/09 vide bill no 679.Battery no are :

    1)418356
    2)418257
    ILT-18000

    The warranty is for 30 months but not even 12 months have passed and the battery had started creating roblem.The invertor indicates battery full charged but it does not work for even 4-5 hrs and gets discharged.I am fac ing this problem from about past 1 month.Instead of several complaints i got no response.

    When there is a neccesity in continously rising temprature i am not able to use the battery so whats the use of taking the batterys.

    Please look into my grievience as early as possible.

    Hi my nae is Brij kishor and i have same problem. Service engineer came and say that battery are OK and when i ask about reason why this so he say he don't know. Admin kindly give me suggestion what to do next. i want to file complain against company so please also give me address of consumer forum in ghaziabad ,up.So that i can go there and fill complain. Please suggest me....
