am facing a lot of trouble in terms of getting my Vacuum Cleaner repaired. I bought this from Eureka Forbes on 2003. This product got bad and we raised a complaint with Customer Care. No one even came to check the system.I change the three time motor, they ask me motor is burn, when I used this machine in my home only not commmercially, before three month machine are not working, I check this machine in your service centre. they asked me that machine is burn, I change the machine motor last year in november. Then I check the motor in your company privately then he say motor is ok. There are no problem in motor. We again inquired and got another complaint that machine is ok. Then your officer say sorry, u r right machine is ok. then he say electronic plate is not working, It will be change, cost is 240 Rs. I agree, but 5o day complete they are not arrange the plate, I calll many time. Please ask me what I will do....... Please solved my problem. my work is suffer. Before I was thinking that I purchased the water purifief...but I cancelled order....your service are not proper. working staff are cheating , they change my motor three times, I dont know last time my motor binding burn or not burn.. but they take money...Please solve my problem...........................arif kamaal hashmi
