    Default Appropiate bill not provided by Eureka forbes for water purifier AG classic

    I have purchased AG classic on 31.05.09. The payment was made by cheque. After long perusal with the sales person ( Mr Ravinder) for more than 1 month the concerned bill is still not received What they have send is some bill with ENTIRELY DIFFERENT BILL Dt. 14.07.09 WITH DIFFERENT INVOICE NO AND ALL. I REQUIRE BILL FOR THE SAME DATE AND INVOICE NUMBER WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR
    Help in this regard is required

    Default Eureka Forbes Complaints - Invoice not sent

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased one Eureka Forbes Euroclean Wet & Dry vacuum cleaner on 24th december 2010 from your agent named Syed Ali (mobile no: 9880372543) & Raju (mobile no: 9620165646). My receipt number is 237 050566.

    However still now I haven't received the original invoice yet. Every time I dialed the above mentioned representatives, they say Eureka Forbes is running out of paper to print the invoice. Which sounds very poor excuse.

    Also in the Eureka Forbes helpline, I have lodged a complain almost a month back. the reference number for the complain is: 84268946. But still now even after dialing multiple times I have obtained no result. Every time I hear that they will post within 2 days but they don't really do anything.

    This is very frustrating and also illegal not to issue the invoice to the purchaser.

    Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
