This is Vinoth from Chennai. We have bought a Dish Washer from a local
dealer in Chennai one year back and it is under warranty for 2
years. We have faced a problem in dish washer before two months which is
vessels are not all washed while washing. We complained to the IFB customer care
twice to thrice and after long time they came and change the parts of the
machine. After ten to twenty days the same problem has recurred and we
complain to the IFB customer care. After two days the person has came and
told that the company person will call and speak but there was no call
.Again we keep on trying to reach them and we are not getting any solution
or even response from the IFB persons for the past one and half months.

Please tell me how to approach this to consumer court and what the details
required (proofs) for it.

I was really fed up for buying the IFB because of the poor
service, poor product
