    Default Thermoking Geyser complaint.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased Thermoking Geyser from M\s Haryana Electrical D1/89 Main Road New Kondli Deldhi 96
    Dated Octobe 3, 2007. I received stamped gurantee card from them.
    From the very first day there is a leakage from geyser, and on my complaint technician came from haryana electrical and tightened the bolt stating intially bolt need to be tightened while installation.However after few weeks I still found the drops on the geyser lower panel.

    So I called the M\s Haryana Electrical and he suggested me to contact Directly to M\s Thermoking A/24 Naraina Industrial Area. Phase I. New Delhi 110028. I registered the complaint however no one turned to attend the complaint.

    Winter ends and I remove the water connection as Geyser was not required in summer.

    Now in this season same problem is occured ....One week back at night time I heard a water falling voice coming from my bathroom .....What I saw water is falling from geyser.......So I turn off the tap and very next day.that is 10/01/2009 logged a compaing with M/s Thermoking for the same....One executive Anita picked up the phone and states that warranty for the geyser is one year and she disconnected the phone. However , after reviewing the guarantee card I found guarantee for copper tank is for 5 years...which is still due.

    I again called and tell the situation...and asked for complaint number...She (Anita) said my name is enough to remember we dont provide any complait number.
    Even I talk to there technicians... Parmod , Dinesh, Manoj.....by calling at Ms Thermoking repeatdly. But no one turns to attend the complaint...I am really upset by there behaviour.

    Default Thermoking not sending the engineer for complaint

    I purchased thermoking geyser 1.5 years back and now the copper tank is leaking.I have called thermoking atleast 30-40 times in last 3-4 days and though they promised to send the engineer, they didn't do so. They wont tell you what day and time engineer will come (if at all).

    They promised to send the technician on August 25th, and i waited for the engineer whole day but he didn't come and they are saying the same thing again on Aug 26th. So do they expect customer to be at their home 24 hrs so that their technician can come at any time? They wont give the contact number of the technician.

    This is very unfriendly customer support.
    I want my money back from Thermoking as their product is not up to the expectation and i feel i wasted my money by purchasing thermoking geyser.

    Dear Sir,

    Regarding your complaint you just have to send a complaint letter to the Service Centre. Wait for the response from 10 to 15 days and do mention in your complaint letter that if they are not going to provide you any solution within this time period, you are going to file a case against them in consumer forum.

    Post Thermoking Geyser Complaint

    I bought Geyser from Thermoking in January 2010. My Tank started leaking in September. When our electrician tols us that its the leakage of tank. Therefore, we called up Thermoking to send an Engineer in beginning of November. We have called number of times . Every time they say Engineer will come tomorrow, but no body has turned up till date.

    In last one month , They are not being able to handle this complaint. This is really not expected from Thermoking. My Last Geyser did very well thats why I bought this also from Thermoking.

    Engineer just came to my place after having number of complaints with a old Tank (Repaired Tank) saying that we provide only old tank in case of repair . When We spoke to Manager , He said we will Send the New Tank.

    Please look in to this issue and sort it our asap.

    Default Non Honoring of Thermoking Replacement Guarantee for FAULTY GEYSER.

    Myself Aman Kumar, R/o WZ-A-20, 2nd Floor, Krishan Park Extension, Street No. 8, New Delhi-18. Tel: 25994036 Mob. 9899619011 . I wish to submit that:

    I had purchased a brand new (ISI marked) Geyser of 25 Lts. having 2kwt element of Thermoking Company on 25-10-2010 which was installed only in November,2010. On purchase, company guaranteed for five years against copper tank and one year for other manufacturing defects. Since its installation, its heating function has not functioned satisfactorily at all. Its only after repeated complaints and requests to their Customer Care executives (Mr. Lakhinder, Ms Manisha, etc. ), an executive visited and checked only on/off switches and declared it OK. On further complaints, on our insistence, company Engg. checked the water heating quality, and admitted that it is taking more than expected time for heating water and offered to replace the 2 K. watt element with 3 K.Watt element to make up its heating time. However, we do not find it acceptable as the specifications of the produced do not support 3 Kl. watt element and therefore, requested for replacement of product as per company claimed promise for faulty products within warranty period, which Thermoking company is now denying to fulfill.

    2. It is also pertinent to mention that I am also having one more Geyser of Thermoking make of having same specifications and capacity. The company engineer from Thermoking has also checked the heating quality of the brand new geyser with the older one and found it lacking in performance in comparison to their own company Geyser, which obviously is due to some manufacturing fault. The Company ,however, refusing to replace the faulty product.

    3. In view of the above, I humbly seek your kind intervention for remedying my complaint and initiating appropriate action against Thermoking Pvt. Ltd. for deficiency in service and not honoring company’s replacement guarantee (within guarantee period) for faulty product preventing them cheating customers.

    Default poor response to complaint by thermoking

    Dear Sir,

    I had purchased geyser 25 ltr T-king Horizontal ABS Model from Gupta Electric Store Dwarka on 13 Apr 2010. The geyser started leaking water in Jan 2011 after it was hardly used for more than 4 to 5 occasions. I lodged a complaint with thermoking at tel Nos 25797485, 25797486, 25797199. After three weeks of repeated complaints and expediters somebody came to look at it and declared that the tank needs to be changed and it will be done in a couple of days. Since then I repeatedly gave calls at above Nos and every time I was told that somebody will come within next three days. Finally on 20 Mar ( By which time the winter was already over ) somebody came with a new tank to change it and promptly declared that he has brought the wrong tank so he will have to come again with a different tank. Once again I am again ringing thermoking on a daily basis and every time they say the same thing ie somebody will come in next three days time. I am repenting my decision of buying the item from such unprofessional,uncaring, callous organisation which does not take any responsibility

    Default my thermiking geyser is leaking

    hi,

    I purchased a Thermoking geyser 2 years back......my geyser was working satisfactrily........2 days back it started leaking,and had a short circuit in it.kindly i request you to consider my complaint ASAP.(geyser tank is in guaranteee period)
