    Sir,
    This is a reminder mail for Mr. Vikas, Mr. Bhuvan and Mr. Pitambar of NCR region Bajaj Electric. You all have been giving me comments of delaying the action due to your internal process. My huge losses are not being addressed and needs immediate action please.

    Dear Sir,

    I must inform you that Service Competancy and Material replacement at your Noida office is the worst of all consumer suppliers I have faced and heard of.

    Attached is the proof and actual pictures of Majestic IQ Plus 25L which was serviced today on 5th January by you service technician Mr. Jasbeer Singh and site witnessed by your Engineer Mr. Bhuvan.

    Purchased on 17th Jan 2010 from Khera Electricals Sec-9 Noida. Sr. No 0380444/batch 1009. The total use of this gyser was not even for 75days since I have mostly used my other bathrooms, Delhi has long summer. And this was 5th complaint to your service centre, every time MTBF was 10-15days on @ 2hrs use per day and MTTR except of the last service was 10-12days. Even we had to pay for lamps right in one of the first service used which is unusual from a renowned company can serve.

    Inspite of my, my wife and friends frantic calls to Bajaj personnels, no senior persons visited or called us.

    The faulty service has done a huge damage to us. Following items are damaged:
    1) Majestic IQ plus 25L Geyser
    2) 15L bucket
    3) Bathroom sitting stand
    4) 2 pairs each Ladies and Gents Suits
    5) Towel
    6) Exhaust Fan
    7) Wall Tiles in bathroom
    8) Bathroom and Bed room paint
    9) Window and door polish
    10) Toiletaries
    11) Bathroom Comod cover
    12) Wiring and Pipes in bathroom

    I had to unnecessarily rush back to home skipping all my business meeting and consol my wife and daughter who were totally under taruma. It my neighbours and security gaurdsd who rushed to spot to save my loved ones and my home today. In such coldest winter time instead you giving support it has lead to bad health as unit and service both badly failed.

    I am not able to measure the damage extent, however I earnestly request your kind attention and approvals for compensating each above items on most urgent basis.
    As desired by your engineer, faulty units are handedover to him and I am now waiting for his revert and action.

    I expect that there is early action from senior persons before the matter is further escalated. For any more details kindly call me or your Mr. Bhuwan. I am sure there is no delay done to close this genuin issue and problem faced by us.

    my geaser is not working...
    d water is not getting warn n red light is also not blowing....
