This is against a teleshoping company TV 24 SHOPEE product Easystich, this machine is not working after 10 minutes of delivery to me via courier on 08/05/09 I immediately talked to call center and registered the complained and asked for money back but the callcenter executive denied and assurerd for replacement as the product have one year waranty, after not getting any kind of response I made no of call to Tv 24 shopee callcenter and talked to executives supervisor and team leader ultimately the product was replaced after 25 days on dated 03/06/09 insted of 2 to 3 day but the is agaian defective and not working I tried to call a callcenter but they had bared my mob number as incoming ot callcenter I make a call from another phone no and register the complained ask them a complain number but they refuse to give now they started avoiding me.
i want my money back
