    Default Eureka Forbes AquaGuard Poor Service

    I purchased Eureka Forbes Water Purifier RO System around 10 months back. Since then i am facing the problem in the machine. Every week i call on to the customer service and a technical man come get the same repair and it hardly work for 5-6 days and again the system stops working. And now its been 3 week we have lodged teh compliant but till now no technical person turns up. Moreover last time when a man came from the company he told us that since the comapny has provided you a defective system and it cant be repaired so he wont be coming again for getting it repaired as this machine cant work problem anytime.
    I am facing the problem with system the day i have purchased and its a defective system been sold to me.
    Please Help!!

    Default Eurkera Forbes - UNTRAINED TECHNICIAN

    I purchased Eureka Forbes AquaFLOW around 11 months back on 2nd Sep 2008.

    On 26th July 2009 i got a call from a service engineer of Eureka forbes that as its under 1 year warranty you can have a free service.

    The service engineer came around 3 pm on 26th July and he did the service changed the carbon,the ystem which was working absoultely fine till then stopped working after this guy laid his hand on the system and after that there has been more that 100 calls i have made to costomer care i get the same reply we will get back to you.

    the3 mistake was i called the service engineer.

    The cincern is if engineers are not trained properly how can you allow them to service customers .

    The company should be banned from selling any products

    Default poor service of water filter

    our water filter in service contract till 2011, is not being attended since my first complaint on 25/11/09 despite repeated requests with your service agent,call center and customer service on telephone and emails.can u do some thing and confirm receipt of this mail. regards. gita das 01/01/2010

    Default ro system wich i got installed 8 month back has not been serviced

    i got installed tthe ro system but there is no response on callin for servicing
    the service will be so bad if i had known i had never installed it

    Default Denial of service to an AMC customer by Eureka forbes

    I'm having an aquaguard water purifier model I NOVA brought on 28-02-2005.Initially had a very good opinion on the product, but after 2 years i had to do servicing every month.I do have AMC .My customer code number is 1000574123.I made a complaint on 11-11-2010,at chennai service centre (3G SERVICE). I had called them more than 5 times and till now no one had rectified the problem.The pathetic situation is that the service manager also been informed and till now no action is taken.

    Dear Sir,
    This is your information last April second week to now on dated 22.05.2012 the aqua service care do not repair our machine. it is our complain that in this type of service is not so good for progress of company or factory.
