i had purchased a 25 lts capacity Symphony Sauna water heater on October 25, 2009. That year, the geyser was under warranty and its heating element malfunctioned 4 times. due to an extremely poor service response, on one occassion, the geyser was not functional for 10 days and around a week on other occassions. we could not use the appliance for close to 1 month due to these frequent repairs, out of a usable season period of 4 months.

this year, within about 15 days of use, the same problem has come back to haunt. the service is again very poor and we are forced to heat water on LPG during shivering cold. moreover, the geyser is out of warranty and i will have to shell out money for every time the geyser is broken down, that is every 15 days as per the past experience.
