I bought Symphony Winter cooler on 20th April 2009 and with 20 days I am facing problem with the pump of the cooler. I lodged a complaint regarding this to the company's Ahmedabad based customer care center, they provided me with another local contact no. It has been more than 24 hours and I havent heard back anything from them. My complaint no. is 15/2.

Poor product and poor customer care service.
