I've purchased Symphony Air Cooler Sumo JR from Viveks. This Viveks guys lied that this is one of the great product. Viveks you sucks. But within a month, it's completely stopped functioning. We've called customer care 'n' times. But they kept saying that they'll come and repair it. But they haven't yet. One of the very worst product I have ever purchased in my life. We should ban this company for producing unqualified products. Could you please take some initiative to ban Symphony company itself.
