I had ordered for Total Sauna through TV24Shopee about a month and half back. They did deliver the item the next week. However the piece they had delivered had cracks in it and seemed to be old one and a used item. So I had requested them for a changing the piece for which they told me that it would be done within a weeks time. However even after repeated mails to them and to their CMD, there was no replacement. So Finally about 20 days or so back I asked them to cancel the order, take their faulty piece and return my money back, for which they agreed and informed me that the payment will be payed back within 4 days. But even after 20 days or so and after repeated calling them they are yet to pay back to me the amount. Also every time i call them, they inform me that their manager will get in touch with me within the next day by 12 PM or 2.00 PM. But that never happened. Many a times while still I was talking to them, they cut the calls.
Initially when payment was made, they had asked for the proof of payment(identity of the credit card holder). When i had inquired as to the need of that, their CMD Mr. Jatin Khanna, promptly replied. I seems to me that since they received the payment they have slackened. They fail to response even after repeated e-mailing them.

Please help me so that i can get the refund for the money they had taken.
