HELLO! what a situation 4 customers is ,. i am from durgapur, the eureka forbes aquaguard is mostly good company for water purifier as we know. but,the service is so bad that we are going to through it in the dustbin..the aquaguard is not working properly.. as a result we are facing problem in health disease. So it is better for us to take another company product.the test of water clearly say that what a bad quality of water it produces,,And most sad thing is that we are in contact with the company with Rs 2ooo/-.......,,Is there anyone who will suggest a proposal .Help me please.....

We have taken annual AMC of RO system fromEureka Forbes for last five months no one came for the service. wemade a formal complaint so many time and EurekaService Centre (Ahmedabad, Gujarat ) and since then we have approachedthem several times but no response every time they keep giving promises. Thename such big company this type behavior not good for the customer . Everyonein my family is ill after drinking polluted water. My side in future I amnot recommended to any person to by your Product.

Hi, This is Prashant Sirsikar from Pune, I registered the complaint for two times but no response from Eureka forbes, I never expect bad service like that.
My first complaints number is 86291427 and i called customer care more than 10 times but not resolved the issue and now i registered the complaint second time and Complaint number is 86612289, I registered this complaint four days before still waiting to resolve issue. please help.......

i had purchased a RO protect + in the month of july 2011. On26th of April 2012 i made a complaint that the water tastes bitter. Service engineer visited on 27th and had remarked that the membrane in the machine had to be changed. On 28th he changed . Now the water is not bitter but it is hard , ie there is no RO effect. We could as well drink water directly without routing through the machine. I hope this would be looked in to at the earliest. I received a call from executive of Eureka forbes on 25th Jan, 2012 that service of your water purifer is due shall i come. I told the executive to come on 29nt Jan, 2012 and do the service. your executive Deepak Kumar( As told by executive, Mobile number: 7837979078 & 7837001238) came on 29th jan 2012 & has done the service. he told me about the AMC for which he asked Rs 3700 additional. I paid him the amount but till date nither I got any AMC slip. whenever i call him he told me that he will provide by evening but nothing happened. Now when my Quarterly service is due i called him to do service & provide me AMC slip he told me that e will come on saturday( 5th May) but after that neither he is picking my call nor I have any revert. Is this the service leavel of Eureka Forbes that we take money from customers & then we stop picking there phone calls.
