I had bought an Aquaguard Crystal from Eureka Forbes this year. My product is under warranty and 3 free service as guaranteed. I requested for 2nd free service on 22Sept'10. Gave 2 reminder calls to the customer care executive since last 2 days but I haven't heard from them. I need someone to help me.
