Dear Sir/Madam,
This complain is against Air frost services located at 1, Kohinoor
Apartment, Station Road, Jogeshwari (W), Mumbai - 400 102
The Performa Invoice for SDLX240 (Blue Star) Water cooler was handed over to
me on 31st March 2009 and the sales person was sent to me within half an
hour to collect the payment and was promise to me the water cooler will be
delivered to me on 2nd April 2009.
After regular follow-ups the water cooler is not delivered to me till date
That is 6th April 2009.
Whenever I called I was told that cooler is reaching after 1 hour or after 2
Hours. Today I was told by mobile number 9820122088 that his person from
Jogeshwari has specially gone to Palghar to get it delivered if Blue star
Logistics Vehicle is not available his person will get it done by private
vehicle but everything was in vain my person waited in Vasai office till 9
pm but nobody turned up with the water cooler.
I had made clear that tell me truth that the water cooler will be delivered
today as everyday I was told the same thing than too the person gave
false commitment to me and my person waited till 9 pm night at Vasai
Office
Please suggest how can I take strick action for such a bad service by the
dealer and if possible by youll please teach a lesson to the dealer so that
he may not repeat the same with other costumers after collecting the full
payment.
