We have a RO system of Company name Fule Pure & Cool (EDGE India Equipment PVT. Limited) .

Purchase on 12.04.08 against Invoice no. EI/DEL/04330/08.Model No F-18-E and serial no is

307071351.We have log the the complaint by mail at the mail address (edgeindia@netscape.net)

on 6-Apr-09 but till date the RO system not get rectified. After mailing we are doing continuous

followups but still the same condition. Delhi office 604,Suneja Tower -2 Distt. Center, Janakpuri

N.Delhi.-58 PH no.011-41589471;41589472;41589473 Not responding. since 6-April-09. Their

office at Shimla says the problem can be recitied by Delhi office only.

Please help we are in deep trouble
