My aquaguard stopped working last week. The day it stopped working I gave a call to the Eureka forbes helpline 398 33 33. I was given assurance that the technician would visit my place within 24 hours, it has been closed to 240 hours and yet there is no sign of the technician. In this 7 days I have given a call to Eureka forbes every single day and the same assurance has been given.

Anyone interested in buying this company's product beware of the false claims these guys make... I rather prefer a china product which actually says we don gurantee rather than a Eureka which after granting gurantees is actually not guranteing
