I have purchased Exide tubular Battery in July 2009. within a month its giving backup problem. When I approced the delear he is not giving any satisfactory answer. Request you to suggest what to do now?

I purchased two piece of Exide stan tubular battery from your dealer M/S National Motor Works,Deoria dated 15-01-2009. Both of them were worked properly for 15 days,but after that one battery was not giving proper response. I complained it to dealer & he took one battery from me. Since then he is not giving any response to me. He is talking all rubbish. Now we are loosing faith on Exide company.. Its all up to you all now.

We have puchased 6 stanred batteries.while recieving batteries are in bad condition along with sulfation on terminals and dirty top surface.we didnt get sufficiant back up.
When we calling at company and dealer they show fingurs to each other.but regarding matter we find some conclusion.
Staff at exide is not honest.mostly people are come from west bangal by curreption.
They spent all their time in smoking and drinking.
They take disadvantage of brand exide.

We had installed inverter of amco battery on 16/10/2008 at our residence in virar. since then its troubling us, our dealer Mr. Aditya From Balaji Electronics (current address) Shop. no. 4, 100 ft Road, Vasai (W) got vanished from Virar in august 2009(earlier shop from where we bought), after a long process we found him at vasai. Now that idiot is telling us that the Battery is out of warranty and he cant do anything. we contacted Amco Battery company Mr. Paralkar at 45, A to Z industrial Estate, Lower Parel, Mumbai. But all in vein they are saying us to get battery to their factory then they will check whether it is warranty or not. its very much irritating. Mr. Aditya has actually looted and cheated us by giving fake battery. pls. do something urgently to stop anymore complaints. as battery prices are very high.

i purchase a exide battery in1500plus sr no.100208 from sodhi automobile F F road jalalabad before 14 months. i complained to dealer about backup problem after 8 months. pehle to dealer bahane baji karke hame pareshaan karta raha fir battery ko mukatsar SAS NAGAR, GALI NO.1 MALOUT ROAD MUKATSAR PH NO. 01633-262800 service point par dealer ne battery bhej di wahan exide company ka enginear mr sehdev no.93163-62147 ne battery jiska backup one hour bhi nahi hai usko bol diya k baatery ok hai jab mene kaha k muje mera bill or gurrenty card wapis kar do mein court mein jaonga to us shop ka malik bola k court jane ka koi fayada nahi patiala mein company ne ek case par 500000/- lacs kharach diye but battery wapis nahi ki tum company se nahi kar sakte ab muje to kuch samjh nahi aa raha kya karon

I am writing this app to inform you that your product exide battery had been leak with in 10days from the date of purchase (26/07/2010) . Hence I have imformed one of the distibuter( A.P BATTERY DEHRADUN ) my battery goes for changed in warrenty after 20 days.after 20 days when we go to take a new battery. Then distibuter told me that ur battery cahanged in warrenty but again i recived my old battery aginest new battery on 30/11/2010., he cheat me again . when He is talking all rubbish.
So I request you to take action and kindly see to it.

I had bought an Exide iNVAQUEEN 500+ (batch no.3913 Sr. No. 001497 by M/s. Karan Poddar Marwari Para Jharsuguda,Battery on 20\04\2010, and had a warranty period of 1 Year, from Dec 2010 the Battery showed no charging and i had complained about this matter to the Dealer -M/s. Karan Poddar Marwari Para Jharsuguda, regarding this matter. & return to deeler on 2nd January 2011, so I gave it back to the same dealer for replacement, since it is under warranty.But till today I could not get my battery and suffering the pain of daily load shedding in Jhgarsuguda.Please look into the matter and take necessary action.

I purchase a invaqueen 500+ exide battery which serial no--118669' batch no 30C on 25/03/2011. From ahluwalia trading co. exhibition road. My problem is that when i connect it with my microtek invertor . my inverter sort . then next day i call microtek service engineer they told that the pole of battery is wrong . then he make my inverter which he charge RS=700. then i connect the shop they told it is imposible. please take some action this type of negligence.
