Dear All,

I wish to inform you that I have filed a case against Modular Kitchen company
"Cookscape Kitchens" in Bangalore consumer Forum, and the Court Order is in my
Favour.
The Order was due to deficiency in their services, consumer forum asked them
to pay a penality of sum of Rs 20,000 (twenty thousand only)

I would like to Thank Admin who provided me initial guidance on this
case, And also from his website only i have picked up necessary forms, etc.that
was very much useful.

I also wanted to ask, If the opposite party not willing to pay the penality
within the mentioned time, what should i do next. ? Please guide me on this.
