i wish i had come across ur experience. but i bought this cooler only yesterday.

The cooler at Chroma, mumbai, was in a bad shape. The one on display. They told me it was because it had been dropped couple of times. I received a packed piece today. The finish is still poor. Badly fitted parts. Really not something worth 5 grand.

When i started the cooling, the water percolates down the 'honeycomb pads'. Instead of going straight down, water touches the mesh at the bak and leaks out from under the mesh.

I have ownd a videocon cooler for more than a decade. It stopd cooling, fan-swing still works but never leakd. Its even been toppled by my son. It still works.

I am very disappointd with this piece of work by Symphony. I was told its an old company and can be trusted.

Ma fan gives cooler air than this piece of shit!!!!
Should hav read the reveiws before buying this shit. Just intakes waters and gives hot air. very useful in winters for hot air.
