I bought a Symphony Air Cooler named Diet for Rs 5400/- on the 17th of april, 2010. when i brought it home it's base was broken and thus i had to carry it all the way back to the shop and replace it. now the new one worked fine for 4 days and then the thermostat went faulty and it operates only on high speed and that too only for 15 mins after which it starts smelling as if the motor and wires have caught fire. when i talked to the shopkeeper he said that he would get it checked out but there wasnt any body at my place to fix it for the next 2 days.
