Hi,

i hav bought a whirlpool double door refrigerator in APr' 2009, after purchasing the product it stops functioning properly (it stops cooling) frm jun'2009. since then i am complaining about the product in whirpool customer care ( they snd their engineer on the complaint rectify the same but the problem comes again after 15 days. since then i am complaining every month regarding the same.
till mar' 2010 they used to snd their engineer but now after 3- 4 compaints frm mar they are taking no proper step to rectify the same as i hav told them to replace the product if they are not able to rectify the same as 1st year warranty will be ending soon. But i hav taken 2 year more extended warranty on the product.
So pl suggest how to go about it. as summers are ahead and the company is showing no responsible step in solving my problem. for ref: here are the complaint nos frm Feb' 2010.
