We had buy your Symphony Aircooler on 2007 at Ghaziabad, Machine Sr. No.- 713081, from last year we had facing the problem that the blade of the cooler broken twice, its ok but after broken the blade we had daily called your customer service center in Patel Nagar, Ghaziabad, but there response is very poor and they had not response properly at all still after passing 1 year they had not rectified or not provide the new blade also for your services we have agree to pay, if we ask them what the reason for delaying, they simply told us its came from Ahmendabad and its not avail with us, so I just ask you one question that you don't have spare parts with you or what...????
I was not aware that your after sale service is so poor, if i know the same then i never ever ready to buy your products at all. FYI in future i I will think twice for the Symphony Products.
So request you to all do the needful, sothat they (Symphony) can not cheat by there add, to other peoples in future.
