After a day from installation (29.01.2010) it was observed, there was no sign of indication of your Company, Product & Model of the water filter on the Main machine.
It simply looks like a local unbranded product.
In spite of repeated request to the person installed & the head of your Jamshedpur office to have a look into the matter whether the machine is original from Eureka Forbes, no body has turned up till now.
All the commitments made by Jamshedpur authority seems to be failed.
Believed to get reasonable solution,after filing this complain form.
