    Default Eureka Forbes WORST customer care particularly NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

    My cust no is 1000546539 and Req no is 0056758906.

    I have 3 yr amc and I call on 11-jan-10 morning for service bcas my water purifier stopped working completely and today us 13-jan-10 but no one has come for service so whats is the user of having amc. You guys come home immediately to get money for amc but never bothered to attend the service call. Yesterday 12-jan-10 I called 5 times and your customer support people promised me that someone will attend 100% but I waited till 9pm no on turned and I again called but it was going to voice mail saying you work only from 8am to 8pm. I don’t understand why you are giving false promises.

    Same false promise given on 25-Jan-2010 that they will come home and fix it but again till today 27-Jan-2010 no one cared to call me nor came home. I never seen such WORST WORST customer care , since these people are getting paid regularly they dont care about there work , they should realise that they are responsible for customers product and responsible to answer customers. THis guy said he has no responsibility to call customer and update the status of the product. Just imagine a guy cooly telling this to a customer straight forward.

    Is this the way to treat a customer like this ? I am sure you are spoiling your reputation and I feel bad for having taken AMC that too for 1 yr. I would certainly escalate this issue to very high authority.

    Default no indication of your Company, Product & Model of the water filter on the Machine

    After a day from installation (29.01.2010) it was observed, there was no sign of indication of your Company, Product & Model of the water filter on the Main machine.
    It simply looks like a local unbranded product.
    In spite of repeated request to the person installed & the head of your Jamshedpur office to have a look into the matter whether the machine is original from Eureka Forbes, no body has turned up till now.
    All the commitments made by Jamshedpur authority seems to be failed.
    Believed to get reasonable solution,after filing this complain form.

    First we called the service desk for the installation. Luckily somebody from eureka came n did half installation, and then he found some issue with purifier. He grabbed some amount n told that he'll come after a day and fix that issue. Then after that nobody turned back. Though we had warranty for the purifier, the customer desk people where couldn’t find the details in their database (IT SEEMS!!!). They asked us to show the hard copy of it. We did the same;

    All those went in mid of May. Till today(18th of Jun), not less than 10 times we followed up with customer care service desk. They always make false promises like someone will attend for sure, 100%. Don’t they pay for their work? I really don’t know, whether these guys know the meaning of promise and commitment to their work.

    Please note that, this kind of response will lead to mislay of Eureka customers.


    I hope at least filing this complaint form makes my work done.

    If you are facing the same problem with your Protect Plus again and again even after many repair by the Parent company, it means the problem is irreparable and the product is faulty and need to be replaced. For that you need to register your complaint with their Customer care, and in case you are not satisfied with Customer Care response then send a written notice to the CMD of Protect Plus, mention all the details in it, attach all the photocopy of relevant documents like bill, and the job sheet and ask them for the refund/replacement within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.

    I have pROtect+, We purchased a Water purifier 03-uly-2010. The water purifier is not working since 9th Jly. The complain number we got is 58712252. Since then we are calling customer service everyday and everyday customer support say they will send the service person on the same day. But today is 16th July and till today nobody has come. This is the poorest service we have ever seen. Now we are feeling that we made a mistake by purchasing your product.
    I call on 9-july-10 morning for service because my water purifier stopped working completely but no one has come for service so whats is the use of pROtect+.When I call to You for your product your guys come home immediately to get money, but never bothered to attend the service call.     Hi,

    Same is the case I am suffering from your servcie team.They are always ready to come and collect the cheque of AMC but more than a month I am calling them for servciing but nobody turned up.

    Worst service center in mira road n vasai,irresponsible people not attending calls and give service even after 15 days of complaint. Will someone from this company will look into these service center why these ppl not giving service to ppl who bought eureka products. My complaint no.0059549912 cus no.1003307632

    I am suffering from your servcie team in Vasai Mira Road center.They are always ready to come and collect the cheque of AMC but more than a month I am calling them for servciing but nobody turned up. Only promise and harassing customer. WORST SERVICE CENTER

    Default Wet & dry vacuum cleaner

    On 06.10.2010, Mr. Muninathan, sale person of Eureka forbes, velechery branch, chennai delivered a wet & dry model vacuum cleaner. When the carton of the unit is opened it is found that the bottom vessel [ dust collecting vessel] contaians only 2 clips instead of 3 clips. When I asked the sales person to take away the unit and get me another new unit, Mr. Muninathan told us that the unit will be replaced within a day. But till now, nobody turned out. The complaint is logded on 14.10.2010. The customer service executives assures daily that the service person will visit today without fail. Till now that day has not come. What is the procedure to suit a case against the firm in consumer court for the supply of defective material against huge amount paid (Rs.9990/-).

    My name is T V Rama Rao My contact No is 9440884485,I have purchased acquaguard on 19.12.2010 at vijayawada , but the sales excutive is given a receipt baring No 024301, Advance / full Receipt No 801 on that day, and he was told to me that the original Bill and warranty card will get you with in a couple of days. Till to day there is no bill as well as warranty cad from them. In this juncture i was contacted the Vijayawada Eurka Forbes office, but there is no response, Hence i feel the service against the customer after selling the product is verry poor.

    Thumbs down Eureka Forbes - Very poor customer service

    We, in Baroda (Gujarat) purchased a Eureka Forbes Trendy Nano vacuum cleaner on 14.02.2010. In the last week of October 2010 (just before Diwali), the motor burnt out while cleaning the house. We rang the dealer who noted our complaint and promised to pass on to the Eureka Forbes service centre. No on called. So after 2 days, we went to the dealer again to tell him that no one had called. He didnt even apologise, but just said, he would remind the service station again. Knowing well that nothing would come out of it, we insisted that they give us the service station number and we would call the service station ourselves. When we did, the service centre called and told us that they would send a person to our house AFTER DIWALI. Looks like their Diwali has still not come! After Diwali, we kept following up with the service centre on and off. Initially they would pick up the phone and tell us, yes we will send somebody. Till date no one has visited! Of late, they simply dont pick up the phone!

    When we visited the dealer, Kalpana Enterprises, Baroda, recently, they seemed least interested in our problem being resolved! All they said was they would inform the service station!

    We tried calling the Eureka Forbes office in Mumbai too, but no response from there either!
    We are so disappointed that a TATA company should have such a lousy network of customer service guys!
    Our vacuum cleaner, though within warranty, is still not repaired!

    The consumer court proceedings dont seem to be simple either! I was told I will need to go to a lawyer, who will draft a complaint which I need to submit to the District Consumer Forum. My story is so simple, and I have the invoice copy with me...why I should I go and hire a lawyer? I know I can claim the lawyer's fees in the redressal of the complaint, but what if Eureka Forbes manages to win the case? Who will pay him then?
