    Thumbs down Installation of Aquaguard Unit not done after a week of Purchase

    I'd purchased the Aquaguard Classic on 31st May 2011. It was delivered on 2nd June and informed that would be installed the same day. But there has been no information since then on when it would be installed. I'd raised a complaint on 4th and 5th June (Complaint #: 84897657) but there has been no response for that as well. This is my worst experience with an company so far. If they are delaying for such thing, I'm afraid how their service would be?

    Default Not responding service center

    I complaine about my aquagard not properly working, on 1st of august 2011 by phone to service center, but till today no one attend my complain, in this period my child was ill (suffering jondice). My amc valid till 15/05/2011.

    Repately i complain to service center but no action till now.

    Pl take necessary action.

    Thumbs down Poor Customer service and utter disregard for the promises made by Eureka Forbes

    I wanted to change the model of my Aqua guard water purifier and at the same time place an additional order (2 in all) for a friend.

    I have owned my previous aqua guard for 14 years adn have been on AMC all through.

    I requested my service rep (who came to renew the AMC) for an exchange and he sent the sales person across. I made a simple request with the sales person to deliver and install it over the week end as I was working and would not be home to receive or install. The sales person checked with the company and assured me that the model was available and hence they are in a position to install it over the weekend. The week end is gone and 3 days after that. Each time I was checking I get a new excuse adn the person has stopped answering my call. There is absolutely no co ordination between departments of sales, dispatch and installation. The installation person cooly tells me he is not in a position to come adn I can call whoever and ask for an alternate person to install. Is it the job of a customer to co ordinate between the different groups within eureka forbes ? Is it not part of a sales closure?

    No response from most people when we call and no one senior cares about this. Where do I erach for redressel?

    Default Hopeless service of water filters

    i HAD PURCHASED A WATER FILTER ro gREEN ON 8.7.2011. dESPITE A LAPSE OF MORE THAN 3 MONTHS i AM YET TO RECIEVE THE iNVOICE. dESPITE CALLING THIER SEVICE CENTRE THERE IS NO RESPONSE. iT OIS BETTE THAT THE SERVICE BE CLOSED. eVEN THE FREE SERVICCING IS NOT DONE. i REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING CONNECTED WITH EUREKA FORBES. THEE SEEMS TO BE NO RESPONSIBLE PERSON WHO CAN ATTEND TO YOUR GREIVEANCE. FURTHER I WAS INFORMED THAT THE SERVICE FOR RO GREEN WATER FILTER IS FREEFOR LIFE.BUT IT IS ALL HUMBUG. BE CAREFUL

    Default Poor Services

    I, have taken a service contract for my water purifier ( model- Nova). As per the contract the authosried service centre is M/S Reddys Services, franchise of Eureka Forbes Ltd.( Shop No 5, Gayatre Enclave , Plot No 10A, Sector 5, Kamothe). The contract which was due for renewal in July 2011 was renewed in Oct 2011 after a long and repeated follow up as the representative from the said agency did not turn up even for the renewal.

    On the day of renewal the machine was also serviced ( service engineer- Mr. Bharat) and while doing so one NT bottle and a knob got damaged due to which leakage started from the machine. The service engineer did not have the necessary spares with him and left the machine in that condition saying that would come back with the spares in a couple of days time. This happened on 24th Oct 2011. Since then the machine has not been repaired and is in the same condition despite of repeated follow-ups and reminders to all concerned. The routine response received is “ Spares are not available”. Now on follow up we are given numbers of various persons (whom we do not know Mr- Iyer / Mr. Sagar ) to talk to and these gentlemen do not even pick the phones forget about responding and helping out in getting the issue resolved as considerable time has lapsed and I have made all attempts on my part.

    Thru this mail, I would like to draw attention of all concerned / responsible to help me get the issued resolved and so that I get the value of the money spent on buying the product and thereafter on maintenance of the same failing which I would be forced to resort to take the matter to Customer forum.

    very very poor customer service. Repeated, phone calls has no response.
    I have 3 years AMc of e-boiling water purifier with the terms n conditions stated therein.
    Once the service contract is signed they are the worst customer care centre.
    The person was supposed to attend within 48 hrs is yet to visit from 15th amy'12 till day.
    I hope they realize n stop bluffing customer n waste their time n phone calls too.
    If not able to attend please refund my amc charges immeditely.

    I have a amc for 3 years wef 29/09/11 to 28/09/2014. Insipte of repeated reminders and assurance
    no service engineer attended my regular service requirement. Please refund my payment with interest
    immediately else face the consequences
