I purchased Eureka Forbs water filer 1 and 1/2 year and i requested to change the water filter. It is almost 2 weeks they didn't turned up after regular follow up with coustomer serive. I lost one day sitting at home waiting for service person as they promised but didn't turnup and almost 10 calls made from mobile phone.
I ever seen company like Eureka forbs who least bothered about customer after selling thier product.
I decided that i never buy Eureka forbs product in my life again also i recomend the same to who i know.

Is there any way this message can go to the company higher management notice and take some necessary action.
