    Default Bad Quality Morphy Richards Select 600 Food Processor

    We had bought the Murphy food processor in January 2009. Since than we are facing product quality issue in that. We have complained several time to the service center some time the service person fix something some time something else but still quality is too bad. Last time service person broken the cap of one of the jar.

    Blades of both the Jar are not working properly and Juicer is also not working as expected. It seem that All the components of the food processor are very bad quality. We have register the complained using Murphy India website([ur]Morphy Richards India - Contact Us) few month back and also few day back but recived no response. And call number provided on the site 1-800-22-6722 is very bad and most of the time it tell customer to call again.

    It look us that Murphy Richards India Company is very bad in customer service. Company customer response is working as badly as the company products.

    I like to sugest other reader/viewer of this thread never buy Murphy Richards products as customer response is very poor similar as Murphy Richards product quality.

    I have purchase a Juicer Mixer Grinder from Manchanda Electronics, New Delhi in October 2009.
    I am facing problem in your Juicer Mixer Grinder from last two and half month.
    I have all ready submitted complaint in your service center two months back and daily making phone calls in follow ups but there no satisfactory answer witch can solve my problem. Kindly take action so that I can get my problem solved

    Default white disc of food processor to be replaced

    hi sir
    We had bought the Murphy food processor in Dec 2007. Since than we are facing product quality issue in that. We have complained several time to the service center some time the service person fix something some time something else but still quality is too bad. Last time its white disc is broken but no one is there to get the new one. I am complaining since long but no one to get that .

    Angry poor qualityof morphy richards products ,suppllemented by appaling services

    purchased one mixer grinder, which became defunct within 6 months of purchase ,for which a complaint was lodged , but the complaint remained unsolved even 1.5 months of being made, despite being given repeated reminders. when there executive was told about the quality of services being provided & the consequences of poor quality services, which may lead to closure of the company , he had a hearty laugh(some mr. staline in their bombay call centre). i am a totally disgruntled customer & in future will never ever purchased their product & will dissuade others also.

    Default faulty thermostst i the 40Ltr Oven(OTG)

    i had bought an oven 40 ltrs OTG on 3rd Dec n on first use realized that the thermostat does not cut off resulting in overheating of the oven.
    1.A demo request ---refer to request no.771848 on 5th Dec not honoured till date
    2.complaint filed for faulty thermostat----refer to complaint no 782044 on 7th Dec and complaint no 786990 filed on 10th Dec
    on both these complaints technicians did come to but on both the occasions said all is fine WITHOUT checking the temperature or even waiting for the oven to overheat even on just a 100 degree setting
    No chk done and no action taken by Mr Abhay and Mr Yogesh who are technicians
    pl do the needful at the earliest
