I have purchased a crompton greaves submersible pump from Subhas Trading Gurdawara Roda gurgaon harayana on 26/05/09.

At the time of submersible selling he did not give me bill but warranty card with stemp he given to me . after knowing that bill is must for loging the call in crompton greaves compamy I am asking for bill after paying VAT tax but they are not giving the bill they denied clearly.

can you people tell me how I can take the bill from this person.
