    Default Blue Star Mineral water dispenser BD30HC

    Hi,

    We (Emblazon Software Pvt. Ltd) had purchased "Blue Star Mineral water dispenser BD30HC" on 06/06/2009. After one week of purchase, we found that it was a damaged product. Water started leaking from the dispenser. Within an hour, the bottle would get emptied. So we complained our dealer "Pure Water House, Bangalore". But they din't bother much and asked us to call Blue Star customer care. We called them in July month (complaint # 33245). I think they responded in September month. Finally, after 1.5 months, their technical guys came in and fixed the problem temporarily.

    After sometime, again it started leaking. This time the leak rate was faster than the last time. So we called the customer care on 26/10/2009 (complaint # 54510) and told them the problem. Always we got the same answer that they will take this case with urgent priority and fix it ASAP. We waited for the response and kept on calling them. When we called them again on 19/11/2009 and asked the status of (complaint # 54510), the customer care guy closed the case and opened a new case (complaint # 59807) and gave me the number. I asked them why did they do this as they have to sort the case which is open for long time. Instead, they closed it and opened a new case so that now we have to wait for another month or two. I told them if this is the case, then by the time they send the technical person, our warranty period will expire.

    Now we are looking to dump this water dispenser to Blue star and and want them to reimberse our money which we have paid them. We don't want to continue using this product. We hope you will help us in sorting this out.

    We ETA Technology Pvt. Ltd had purchased "Blue Star Mineral water dispenser hOT AND COLD BWDRHCD "on 23/03/2012. After one week of purchase, we found that it was a damaged product. Water started leaking from the dispenser. Within an hour, the bottle would get emptied. So we complained our dealer Weather Star No. 40, S. K. Nilayam, Opp Raddar, Egipura Main Road, Vivek Nagar, Bangalore 560047.Tel: + 91-80-41557074, Fax: + 91- 80- 41105049, Mobile: 98452-48647 We called the dealer and informed the problems faced by us and their technical guys came in and fixed the problem temporarily.
